Meet our speakers!

Liz Becker has always been an entrepreneur and has a strong foundation in several aspects of business, ranging from business development and management to sales and marketing.

As a Communication Skills Coach and Mindset Strategist, Liz works with a wide range of clients, and offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. Whether through her one-on-one coaching, group seminars or public speaking engagements, Liz helps clients attain the professional and personal growth they are striving for.

With her expertise as a Licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner & Trainer, Liz equips her clients with unique tools and techniques to achieve positive change and balance in their lives. Liz will kick off our CONNECT part of the day by taking us through a total Communication 360 during her segment – A Conversation about Conversation.

Tonya Seavers Evans is a leading expert on professional branding, image and executive presence, and how women lead.

Tonya shares insights from her 15 year corporate marketing communications career through info packed workshops, trainings and years of private coaching.

She has worked with clients such as Assurant, Fannie Mae, Hadassah, Charlotte Business Professionals, Nova Southeastern Alumni Association and National Black MBA Association, and has been featured on NBC, ABC, The Examiner, City Style Collective and Miami Style Spotlight and was recognized as one of 25 of South Florida’s Most Prominent & Influential Black Women.

Share Ross is best known as the bassist in the all-female platinum selling 80’s rock band, Vixen, who is still rocking today, but Share is also a serial entrepreneur who knows a thing or two about overcoming obstacles, taking charge and rising to the occasion of your life.

Share is known as the Rock N Roll Life Coach, inspiring clients to take quantum leaps in their lives and businesses while she still plays gigs to thousands of rock fans around the world.

She’s an award-winning guitarist in indie punk-po band, Bubble, an award-winning songwriter with credits in film and TV, a published author, coach, consultant and designer, and she’s going to rock our stage with her high-energy vibe all about achieving rockstar results in your own life and business.

Diana Castro, co-founder of For Productions, a video-production company, is a masterful storyteller who knows how to capture the essence of a brand and convey that essence effectively to achieve that invaluable “know, like, trust” factor all businesses need in order to attract their ideal clients.

Diana and her team have decades of experience working with brands and agencies – large and small, in TV and film, and everything in between.
